"What is the Influence of the image in political thought"

The vision of two image consultants about the influence of clothing in the transmission of thoughts and ideas, specifically in political thought.
Much is said that "the habit makes the monk," that is, the dress, with intention or not, always communicates. We analyze that if the non-verbal message is not coherent with the ideas that are transmitted, the communication fails.
We have then to understand that the codes of clothing exist and also the political and ideological codes.
How to fit each other? To what do we give more importance to an idea or an Image?
Is there anyone who dresses to govern and who dresses to dazzle the masses?
Can women in politics be feminine or do they have to be just politics?
In our analysis, we present answers to all these questions, which have to do with politics but which are undoubtedly part of an integral set:
The image to be transmitted and its coherence with communication

"The protocol:" secret weapon "in the consolidation of the personal or corporate image in a globalized world. Reflections of a Romanian diplomat"

In the recent context of simplification, democratization or even a slight disregard of the protocol by the less knowledgeable, we are faced with some basic questions: What else is left of the protocol? Is the protocol still relevant in the globalized and very accelerated world in which we live today? Or just in this context, the protocol could represent a differentiating element in the construction or consolidation of the personal or corporate image?
The paper will try to answer these questions by trying to highlight the reasons why the protocol is still a significant, differentiating tool, even a real "secret weapon" when it comes to building or consolidating the individual or corporate image especially taking into account the relationships intercultural so extensive that an individual, institution or company would be continually forced to develop.
Emphasis will also be placed on the importance of taking into account national cultural profiles to manage relations with foreign representatives or to organize international events, which involve inter-cultural interaction. The presentation will highlight the need to integrate the broad features of national cultural profiles in the application of the protocol to ensure correct handling of intercultural communication and the most appropriate management of intercultural relations to achieve their objectives.
The arguments will be based on concrete examples resulting from the broad international experience of the rapporteur in her diplomatic side and the fruit of her constant interactions with representatives of various fields in many countries of the world.

"The creation of the flag as an act of identity communication"

The current man is a product of society, time and culture where it is inserted; since it perceives and receives, consciously or unconsciously, messages, through the times.

In this aspect the flags are representative symbols of the history and sentiment of a people.

That is why the design and choice of a flag represent an act of communication in which the problem of the determination of the non-verbal message that emblematizes that symbol, embodying the identity of the people beyond generations, is raised.

The flag communicates in all time and space since its innate purpose is representativeness, the identity that is specified in the cloth and is projected into the future.

A clear example of this type of communicative act, manifested through its flag, is that of the province of Córdoba, in the Argentine Republic, since this emblem arose from a contest among students of the provincial educational system and in whose foundations we find that The main objective is to communicate a profound evocation of values and feelings that have remained latent, throughout the last two hundred years, in the life of this Mediterranean province of Argentina.

"Innovating in our profession via Design Thinking"

Einstein said that "if you want to obtain different results, do not always do the same", so to achieve something new it would be convenient to explore other ways of thinking that offer alternatives to create really valuable offers for their recipients.
Design Thinking is the tool that is currently receiving the most attention in business schools, for its effectiveness for innovation in a profession or business (in products, services, campaigns, etc.) and achieve extraordinary results with applications in various fields from advertising, marketing, communication or protocol.
This agile methodology, by assuming trial and error processes quickly, is revealed as a protocol to take advantage of opportunities and / or seek the resolution of problems, because it allows discovering needs or desires in people or users, but discovering technically feasible and economically viable solutions.
One of the pillars of a professional job is creativity, to generate new ideas and consequent innovative actions in a continuous manner, for which design thinking is being increasingly used. "17 FINA World Championship, sports protocol in the third largest sporting event in the world"

It has been the biggest challenge in Hungary’s sport history to successfully host the 17th FINA World Championships and the 17th FINA World Masters Championships as these events have been re-scheduled for 2017 instead of in 2021 as originally planned.

These are simply the greatest events in our history and the third largest sporting event after the Olympics and World Championship FIFA with only 2 years to prepare instead of 7 and organize every step. In July, the WCH elite with 2500 athletes (including 6 World Championships- swimming, open water swimming, synchronized swimming, snorkeling, diving and water polo) required almost 80 award ceremonies, and only the Masters Tournament with almost 10.000 athletes competing, required 80 award ceremonies in diving, 20-30 award ceremonies in open water swimming and water polo, and 520 award ceremonies only in swimming.

I was working for the Organising Committee as Head of Victory Ceremonies and Protocol Adviser, and in my presentation I wish to give an insight of the immense organizational work and incredible realisation of all Victory Ceremonies in 5 different venues in July and August so that we can all learn from my experiences.

Paper

"Communication skills to lead change management"

From the identification of change management as one of the main challenges in the management of organizations, the paper analyzes the leadership in the management of teams as the ability to guide the behavior of the group towards a destination that can not reach itself.

Faced with this challenge, no strategy, technique or corporate communication instrument will be effective without generating the confidence that is required to move from a known (and therefore comfortable) scenario to one that nobody can assure is necessarily better.

To achieve this, a complex communication process, multiple techniques and different personal skills of both the leader and his followers are required to resolve conflicts of interest and make knowledge a valuable resource on a personal, corporate and social level.

Although technological advances offer tools that facilitate knowledge management, they are useless if the organization does not have a management style that guarantees personal commitment, which is largely built on informal relationships and as a result of experience.

As this style will have to be different in each case, the important thing is the preparation of the leader to identify and operate the working model that guarantees the maximum profitability of communication techniques such as the organization of events and the protocol.

On the other hand, companies and public administrations do not currently include in the plans strategic communications to correspondents as tools for transmitting ideas The sources that usually give information use correspondents, and the media in general, a kind of covert advertising. However, the information should have a lot of value and strategy. Currently, the information and the messenger are being underestimated.
